S&D is a busy supermarket so they needed a system in place which would be quick and efficient for a good service.They have thousands of items so this meant they would need a till capable of holding a large quantity of items meanwhile still performing efficiently.

They wanted a modernized upgrade due to their own systems becoming obsolete as time progressed and began to slow down, with these rom-based systems. They are now not only future proofed but their speed of service has also increased!

They are able to link their card machine to the system for easy card processing.

A very basic set-up for Tivi Ale, but a very self-sufficient till. Since installing:

"I really like this Till, it does everything I want to do and it looks great. Only a few days after we had it installed, we were adding items to the screens ourselves; it’s that easy. I would recommend you (BCR) to everyone."

Which makes us incredibly happy at BCR that our customer is satisfied with his solution, He no longer needs to rely on us for programming and can change his menus whenever he pleases.

All tills send cooking instructions / food items to either the English (1) or Indian (2) kitchen. All automatic based on food type.

All tills are linked. Employee 1 can start selling on the bar till, move onto the lounge and Employee 1 will still have their subtotal bill on the lounge till.

All Parkes' required was a simple, self-sufficient system which they can use within their business, since Parkes have had their system installed, we're yet to hear off them for any help/support and was delighted to see them changing prices / menu so effortlessly.

Here at Birmingham Cash, we feel that this is the way forward for customers, as you won't need to constantly call us for programming help as it requires very little/none reliance from us, no ongoing payments either!
